What we collect, and why.

What we collect
When you fill in a form we collect your name, mobile number, email address, the agency you work with and the suburb you asked about. We also record which page and, if you arrived from an advertisement, which advertisement brought you here.
Why
To call or email you about Agent Engine, to tell you whether the suburb you asked about is available, and to measure which of our advertisements work. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to any list you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
Our email provider delivers our messages to you. If you arrived from a Meta advertisement, a hashed (unreadable) form of your email and mobile number is sent to Meta so it can attribute the enquiry to that advertisement; Meta cannot read the values. Nobody else receives your details.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until it is clearly no longer needed. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion at any time under the Privacy Act 2020.
